Far Away

I've seen a couple versions of this tab, but I felt most were off a bit. I think this version sounds A TAD better! Feel free to email/make corrections :) It's a weird strumming pattern that you'll have to figure out on your own CAPO 1ST FRET A E A D A E A I will live my life as a lobsterman's wife on an island in the blue bay. A E A7 D He will take care of me, he will smell like the sea, A E A And close to my heart he'll always stay. A E A D A I will bear three girls all with strawberry curls, little Ella and E A Nelly and Faye. A E A7 D While I'm combing their hair, I will catch his warm stare A E A On our island in the blue bay. E E7 D A Far away far away, I want to go far away. E A To a new life on a new shore line. E E7 D A Where the water is blue and the people are new. E D (hold..) To another island, in another life. A A E A D A E A There's a boy next to me and he never will be anything but a boy at the bar. E A7 D And I think he's the tops, he's where everything stops. A E A How I love to love him from afar. A E A D A When he walks right pass me then I finally see on this bar stool I can't E stay. A E A7 D So I'm taking my frown to a far distant town A E A On an island in the blue bay. E E7 D A Far away far away, I want to go far away. E A To a new life on a new shore line. E E7 D A Where the water is blue and the people are new. E D (hold..) To another island, in another life. (the bridge is various As and Es... play to your liking as long as you end on A) I want to go far away. Away away, I want to go far away, away, away I want to go far away, far away. E E7 D A Where the water is blue and the people are new. E D A To another life, to another life. E To another shore line D (hold..) A (hold..) In another life.
